Brutal and Angry Review of Last of Us Part 2 - be forewarned.

 (This is my personal thoughts about this game, be warned - it going to be very brutal and I do not have a lot of good thing to say here). My review of Last of Us Part 2. First I like to start off with a question of Naughty Dogs regarding this game - WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING? You just killed your own game. **In story term** - the plot sucks.  If you going to make a game about revenge, at least do the job right and finish it with revenge. I really don't understand why the developers decided to add the element of "forgiveness" in here as if what happened to Joel was something people could easily forget and forgive. It is NOT forgettable nor it is forgivable.  This nonsense about having doubts after committing yourself to the mission (of tracking down the culprits) is weak and pathetic. It reminded me of what happened in the Walking Dead. Hell, it reminds me a lot of Walking Dead series. People felt the pain of watching their beloved characters get their head bashe...

Question : Why video games being treated like movies?

 Blog on video games : Dec. 16th, 2020 Based on a question (not sure who) who asked (and I quote) : Why are video games being treated/created as basically like movies? Why can't they just be simple and straightforward like their predecessors? My Answer : Advancement of Time, I guess. Video games had always been treated as another form of media for telling a story. Whether it is a game of ping pong, or something complex like today’s video game, there’s always some element of story behind it. I guess that is how we learn to associate ourselves with the game, by understanding the story behind it, and therefore the purpose we commit an action. This is not something new either. I remember how newspaper comics like The Phantom, The Shadow and Dick Tracy (never mind if you don't know any of them, it probably before your time) was made into movies and had its origin from newspaper comics (particularly in 60s).
