My Second Blog.

This is my second blog after I failed to retrieve back my first blog which I had been writing since 2009. The Yahoo email I was using as the basic had expired and I could not find the password despite the attempts for the past few days. The recovery email was set to my old (work-related) email which does not exist now. I could have sworn that I have changed it before but it seems that the changes were not accepted properly, resulting in this mess.

[Resident Evil 3 Remake - Honest Review

Resident Evil 3 Remake - Honest Review I had been playing Resident Evil games since late-1990s, including the first original game back in 1998 when it came out. Resident Evil 1 can be considered one of the action genre games which I played first, along with Dino Crisis 1 and 2 which marked my transcend from RPG gamer to an action genre gamer.  However, I had been hearing about the Resident Evil 2 and 3 remake recently (since 2020) and tried not to get spoils for the game through channels like Youtube. I cannot be feel hyped for the remake, as I believed that they could have added more contents and plot to the already establish storyline. Question : Why video games being treated like movies?

 Blog on video games : Dec. 16th, 2020 Based on a question (not sure who) who asked (and I quote) : Why are video games being treated/created as basically like movies? Why can't they just be simple and straightforward like their predecessors? My Answer : Advancement of Time, I guess. Video games had always been treated as another form of media for telling a story. Whether it is a game of ping pong, or something complex like today’s video game, there’s always some element of story behind it.
